We all love to play. Even as adults, we learn and remember best when some fun is involved in our daily routine. Certainly, this is even so for children. Though, at the back of our mind, we are well aware of how play helps our children learn, we ignore it.
There is less playtime in school, there is more work to do at home. Childhood seems to be less fun nowadays.
